Covers and temperature

I feel very sleepy today. I don't think I have been sleeping too well lately. The weather keeps changing. From hot to cold. From humid to dry. And then, add some rain to the mix -- just to make it more interesting, and I never know if we're using the AC or if it is safe enough to open the window without risking getting my sill all wet if it starts raining. And my room gets super stuffy during the night...so I wake up in a sweat, but the minute I kick off the covers, I get cold, and putting the covers back over me is a process to say the least... And I do have a small clip-on fan\ at the head of my bed, but it takes up a lot of room and makes it hard for me to turn over in bed, so I end up on my back most of the night, and that tightens up my back in the morning. Making me so sore in the morning... I don't know know what to do, but a sleepy Sarah is somewhat unproductive, so does anyone have any suggestions?

Maybe you should put a towel on your window sill. Then you could keep the window open and the towel could soak up rain. I love tucking in under blankets in a cool room and I love having my window open at night.
