I think I need to update on some things. Wart: I still have the semblance of a crater where Buddy was. The gross cauliflower stuff fell off two weeks ago. Is Buddy gone? Not yet, but I guess time will tell.. Job interview: I sent this e-mail to my DVR counselor:

It [the interview]went OK...I don't know. I caught myself babbling a few times, but I did OK. We'll see. Let me know when you know anything. I forgot to ask about a definite time frame. Should I (and you) wait or go forward with R?

R is the job counselor I hired. I got no reply yet, so we'll see. My personal life: Confusing! Family: The same. Bearable for the moment. My Bose CD/radio player: Broken through no fault of my own; I still need to call the store about it. I hope I don't start crying. That music system is like my child! My care attendant: She didn't call because of an emergency; things seem OK with her right now. Blog: My site meter is back up and I didn't mess up the page trying to put it on this time! And I'm finally leaving the house this week! I'm making myself go to the mall this afternoon. I don't really need anything. I guess I'll loiter -- I'm just not allowed to buy anymore books -- I bought 3 off the 'net today in a moment of weakness. I have no room! I like to read.
