So, today is the day you are supposed to blog about the environment. I don't take much stock in that global warming crap. I know, I know the media, most of the world's scientists and Al Gore all disagree with me. Al Gore. I can take him. I am a Northwest hippy though, so I am addicted to recycling. I used to get the newspaper in Provo. And there was no curbside recycling. And I refused to throw the paper away. My roommates started to bug me to get rid of them. They threatened to throw them away and I just couldn't let them do it. The university (two blocks away) had a recycling program, so I lugged 12-15 papers up to campus on my wheelchair one day while all the other students stared at me....Yep, I felt crazy. But I would have felt worse if the papers were thrown away. So, recycle. It's a good thing.
