I called today to secure a ride to my art class tomorrow. Actually, I called 3 times because the wait was so frickin' long. I called at one p.m. and there were 5 calls ahead of me. I wasn't waiting that long, so I hung up and called a few hours later, only to have 2 calls ahead of me. After about a minute of waiting, I hung up again. The third time was the charm, no wait. My class starts at 1:30 and ends at 3:30. I got a pick-up at 12:30 (an hour pre-time is normal) and 3:30 pick-up. Pretty perfect. I hung up satisfied. A few hours later, they called to confirm: 12:30 and 3:30. Two hours later, they called again with time changes 12:25 and 4:10!! Jerks! Luckily, I am disabled and don't have a life, so I can wait forever just to schedule a stupid ride and then they can change it at last minute and make me wait even longer than that. Jerks. Man, I am so glad I have an ipod!
