They are interested in participating with the DVR Customer Internship Program by providing a unique opportunity for one of our customers to work directly with the WWA Chief Executive Officer to assist with workforce policy research and help develop WWA promotional materials. The internship will be paid, and WWA will be reimbursed by DVR. Salary will be negotiated depending on the individual. The internship will be located at the WWA office, and will last approximately 6 months. Attached is a description of the internship duties and qualifications. The WWA is seeking an individual with the following background: Currently enrolled or recently completed a training program with career focus on Communications, Political Science, Public Administration, Marketing, or related field Interest in, and ability to gain understanding of, recent reforms in Workforce Development, and Washington’s implementation of those reforms Excellent skills in analysis, organization, and oral and written communication Proficiency in the Microsoft Office software suite If you know of a Customer who may be interested in this opportunity (w please let me know by December 21.
