I'm ba-ack!

So, things have been busy...and I let this blog go, but I have A LOT of things to catch up on. Good things. And some not so good things...so stay tuned. Today I am so tired and sore though.I think I overdid weightlifting last night. I doubled my reps because I skipped the night before. And whenever I use my arms, my chest tightens. I hurts bad. And as I've said before, I use my arms A LOT. I think I am going to take an advil and go to bed. Does anyone know if certain arm muscles in your arm are connected to muscles in your chest? I hope I didn't puncture a lung
